The Customer Service Department is the largest single Department within Aplan and handles all after-sales service to the company’s clients from deliveries and installations to repairs and spare parts.

The Department is split into five distinct divisions, namely:

• Administration & Customer Care
• Appliance Deliveries & Installations,
• Appliance Technical Service
• Air-Conditioning Installations & Service

The Administration and Customer Care section handles all incoming enquiries relating to Customer Service. Appointments for deliveries, installation and technical service are all handled and organised by this department.

Aplan Limited has its own teams of delivery-men, installers, technicians and  installers and almost all after-sales work is carried out by its own employees. Appliance technicians are regularly trained by Siemens and Whirlpool both here and abroad.
